Challenge
The Graciosa Island Winery and Agricultural Cooperative was facing several challenges in the digital era due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the need to expand its business. This included the lack of a functional online platform, limited presence on social media, lack of knowledge in branding and e-commerce, absence of an effective online store and the growing demand for Azorean products. To overcome these challenges, a thorough and strategic approach was required.
Solution
To face digital challenges, we created a website and online e-commerce platform for Adega Graciosa. In addition, we develop SEO strategies, CRM accounts, professional social media pages and targeted campaigns. This allowed for a stronger online presence, reaching a wider audience and boosting sales. The client also received training for autonomy in managing the solution.
